When X is used to receive customer-submitted files, support attachments, or operational documents, those documents can be routed into Azure AI Document Intelligence for extraction and classification. This reduces manual review and speeds up intake for teams handling invoices, claims, contracts, or onboarding packets.
After Azure AI Document Intelligence extracts key fields from forms or invoices, the structured output can be sent into X to create or update business records. This is useful when X serves as the system of record for cases, transactions, or workflow items that require document-backed data.
Azure AI Document Intelligence can identify document type, extract critical fields, and trigger the creation of a case, task, or approval item in X. For example, a signed contract, insurance claim form, or vendor onboarding packet can automatically generate the right workflow in X with the extracted metadata attached.
When Azure AI Document Intelligence cannot confidently extract all required fields, X can be used to route the document to a human review queue. Reviewers can correct the data in X, and the validated information can then be sent back to Azure AI Document Intelligence or onward to downstream systems.
Invoices received through X can be processed by Azure AI Document Intelligence to extract supplier name, invoice number, line items, tax, and totals. The validated data can then be returned to X to support approval routing, three-way match checks, and payment initiation.
Contracts stored or submitted through X can be analyzed by Azure AI Document Intelligence to extract key metadata such as parties, effective dates, renewal terms, and obligations. That metadata can then be written back into X to improve search, reporting, and renewal tracking.
Organizations can use Azure AI Document Intelligence to extract and standardize data from regulated documents, then store the results and processing status in X for audit trails and operational reporting. This supports traceability for onboarding, claims, KYC, or compliance documentation.
