Microsoft 365 and Ampliance can work together to streamline content creation, collaboration, approval, and publishing workflows across business teams. Microsoft 365 supports day-to-day productivity, document management, communication, and reporting, while Ampliance can serve as a content operations or digital asset management layer for organizing, governing, and distributing approved content. Integrating the two platforms helps reduce manual handoffs, improve version control, and accelerate cross-team execution.
Teams can draft documents, presentations, and campaign materials in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, then route them from Microsoft Teams or SharePoint into Ampliance for structured review and approval. Once approved, finalized assets can be stored in Ampliance as the system of record while Microsoft 365 remains the workspace for collaboration.
Marketing, sales, and regional teams can access approved logos, images, templates, and campaign files from Ampliance directly within Microsoft Teams or SharePoint. This prevents teams from using outdated or non-compliant materials and improves brand consistency across departments.
Campaign plans, timelines, and task lists can be managed in Microsoft Planner, Teams, or SharePoint, while campaign assets and final deliverables are organized in Ampliance. Project teams can coordinate in Microsoft 365 and pull the right approved content from Ampliance when needed for launch activities.
Business documents created in Microsoft 365, such as policy updates, customer communications, or regulated marketing materials, can be sent to Ampliance for compliance review, version tracking, and approval logging. Once cleared, the approved version can be returned to SharePoint or distributed through Teams.
Approved documents, presentations, and reference materials stored in Ampliance can be surfaced in Microsoft 365 search experiences or linked from SharePoint knowledge hubs. Employees can quickly find reusable content instead of recreating materials, improving productivity and consistency across teams.
Sales teams can collaborate in Microsoft Teams on proposals, pitch decks, and customer-facing documents, then publish approved versions into Ampliance for controlled distribution. From there, sales representatives can access the latest collateral through Microsoft 365 tools without relying on email attachments or outdated file shares.
Operational data from Ampliance, such as approval cycle times, asset usage, and content status, can be exported into Excel or Power BI for reporting and analysis. Business leaders can monitor bottlenecks, identify high-performing content, and improve content operations using Microsoft 365 analytics tools.
