Once assets are approved, key files and metadata such as usage rights, version, and product association can be pushed into Bluestone PIM so commerce teams can publish the right content across channels.
Product attributes in Bluestone PIM, such as category, color, size, material, and season, can be synchronized to Orange Logic as metadata tags. This enables creative teams to search, filter, and reuse assets based on product context, while also improving asset governance and discoverability.
Bluestone PIM can send product channel requirements to Orange Logic, such as image dimensions, video formats, or localized content needs for specific retailers and marketplaces. Orange Logic can then store and distribute the correct asset variants back to Bluestone PIM for downstream syndication.
Orange Logic can manage creative review and approval for product-related assets, while Bluestone PIM manages approval of product data completeness and readiness. Integration can coordinate status updates so that a product is only released when both the product information and associated media have been approved.
For global commerce operations, Bluestone PIM can send localized product records to Orange Logic to identify which images, labels, manuals, or promotional assets are needed for each market. Orange Logic can then return region-specific approved assets and language variants to the correct product records.
Orange Logic can capture asset usage data, such as which images or videos are downloaded, published, or reused most often. That information can be shared with Bluestone PIM to help product and merchandising teams understand which content performs best and prioritize high-performing assets for key products.
When Bluestone PIM receives product updates from ERP, such as new SKUs, discontinued items, or attribute changes, it can notify Orange Logic to create, archive, or reclassify related assets. This keeps the DAM aligned with the current product lifecycle and prevents obsolete content from being reused.
