Product content is identified in Akeneo, sent to Phrase for localization, reviewed with full context. Then it’s returned automatically to Akeneo once approved. That means product, content, and localization teams can move faster and keep multilingual product data aligned across systems.

How the Akeneo & Phrase Integration Works:

• OneTeg starts the process when selected product fields in Akeneo are marked for translation.
• It picks up the product and creates a translation job in Phrase.
• In Phrase, translators can work with the context they need, including product details, supporting information, and the product image.
• Once the translation is approved, Phrase completes the job and sends it back through OneTeg.
• OneTeg then checks the job status, downloads the translated content, converts it into the format Akeneo expects, updates the translated fields, and clears the translation flag automatically.

This creates a full closed-loop translation workflow between Akeneo and Phrase Translation, helping teams reduce manual effort and maintain cleaner localization processes at scale.
